When you first walk into our office, you are greeted with a warm hello by the front office. We want you to feel comfortable and welcome. The front office staff might hand you a health questionnaire form to fill out unless you were instructed to fill it out online from our website. We will answer any of your insurance questions and make a copy of your insurance card if you have one.

Consultation and Examination

If you have any prior x-rays or report of findings you could bring those with you to share with your doctor. On your first visit the doctor wants to spend some additional time with you, usually set aside 30 minutes for your visit. When you meet with your doctor, he will go over your medical history, talk with you about how you feel, perform an exam and treat you, if possible, on the first visit. He will also discuss the care necessary to accomplish the goals regarding your specific problem. After your appointment with your doctor, he will escort you to the front desk where they will schedule your follow-up visit. We send out email reminders of appointments, which is so helpful. As a thank you gift, we love to give out a goodie bag for you to enjoy.

On your Second Visit we will review all of the exam findings from your initial visit.
