Information for New Patients

When you walk into Simi Chiropractic Health Center, our front desk team will greet you by name. It might be one of our chiropractors’ wives who says hello or one of our longtime chiropractic assistants who welcomes you. We like to keep an energetic, friendly atmosphere in our office, making sure you’re comfortable from the moment you arrive. Patients love our environment — some even stop by outside of their appointments just to chat or share something with us.
Your First Visit
You can download the necessary forms and bring them in completed. Otherwise, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. We’ll get your insurance information from you, if applicable. There’s little to no wait time, so you’ll be seen promptly. Your chiropractor will introduce himself and bring you back to a private treatment room. We’ll spend all the time needed to understand what your problem is and how it’s been affecting your life. Next, we’ll perform a comprehensive examination. X-ray facilities are on-site if images need to be taken.
We’ll get started on the appropriate treatment, whether a form of physiotherapy or a chiropractic adjustment. Your chiropractor will go over their best recommendations for you. You’ll receive a gift bag with some goodies in it, including a gift certificate for our Pay It Forward program. This certificate can be given to anyone for a free visit to our office including consultation, examination, X-rays and first treatment.
In total, please plan on being here for 30-45 minutes.
Following Up
When you return, subsequent visits will be quicker since we’ve built a foundation to understand your problems and how best to treat them. You’ll be in and out of the office in about 15-20 minutes.
Coverage Information
We accept workers’ compensation, personal injury cases and all major insurances, including Medicare and Covered California™. We also take liens so that you won’t have to pay until your case is settled.
